FAQ
I. How long will it take to get my photos
It takes time to organise, crop, edit and retouch the photos so generally between 1-2 weeks.
II. What if I want to purchase more than the photos included in the package?
If you want more photos from your Online Viewing Gallery, you can purchase extra photographs for a small fee.
III. Do you do prints?
Not currently. I just supply the high-resolution digital files for you to do with what you like.
There is something so special about turning photographs into canvas, prints and books. We are the most photographed of all generations yet often we just store our images on hard drives or in the cloud! I can't encourage families enough to print their photographs and display them proudly in photo books or around their home.
When choosing where to print, I don't recommend using the big retail chains, as their machines are not of the highest quality. Print labs around Brisbane, as well as Harvey Norman and Officeworks have a much higher quality.
IV. What if I want a type of session that's not in any of the packages?
Shoot me an email using the 'Contact Me' section and we can chat about it.
V. Where will the session take place?
The session will take place at my home studio in Morningside. The studio set up contains high quality studio lighting, backdrops and various props. Check out the behind the scenes video on the website's home page for a look at the studio space.
